1. Our Privacy Commitment

At Metabolix (operated under SammanHub Technologies, domain: health.sammanhub.com), we treat your metabolic telemetry, dietary intake, and physiological data with strict clinical confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your biological data to insurance underwriters, advertisers, or third-party data brokers.

2. Apple HealthKit Data Integration

Metabolix integrates with Apple HealthKit to access specific physiological telemetry (Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, Active Energy, Steps, and Sleep Architecture) strictly to power the virtual digital twin algorithms.

• HealthKit data is never used for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
• HealthKit telemetry is never transferred to cloud data brokers.
• All on-device HealthKit computations adhere to Apple Guideline 5.1.1.

3. Information We Collect

When using Metabolix, we process the following data classes:

• Dietary Entries: Photos of meals processed via on-device or encrypted cloud vision models to calculate carbohydrate, protein, and fat portions.
• Biometric Streams: Virtual CGM glucose estimates and rolling 48-hour hepatic glycogen calculations.
• Account Credentials: Email address for authentication and profile management.

4. Data Storage & Deletion Rights

You retain complete ownership of your metabolic data. You may request immediate deletion of your entire history at any time by emailing privacy@sammanhub.com or directly from the Profile tab in the iOS app.
