Metabolix is designed for lifestyle wellness, metabolic fitness exploration, and nutritional tracking. It is NOT an FDA-cleared diagnostic medical device, hospital monitoring system, or an invasive blood glucose meter. The virtual continuous glucose estimates and hepatic glycogen approximations are generated using multi-compartment physiological simulation algorithms and cannot be used for acute medical dosing (such as calculating clinical insulin boluses in Type 1 Diabetes).
Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified endocrinologist before starting any diet, altering insulin dosages, or interpreting glycemic patterns for medical treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information presented inside this software.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or subscribing to the Metabolix application via Apple TestFlight or the App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Intended Audience & Age
Metabolix is intended for adults aged 18 and older who are seeking to optimize their metabolic vitality, insulin sensitivity, and dietary wellness.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
All digital subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2) and comply with Apple Review Guideline 3.1.1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Apple ID Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
